Flairck is a Dutch acoustic band, which is in 1976 was founded by the brothers Erik and Hans Fisherman from the Brabant village of Ulvenhout, Judy Schomper and Peter Weekers. The name Flairck is a combination of the English Flair and the Dutch Vlerk, just like the music one a combination of various styles and cultures. Flairck plays almost exclusively his own compositions, generally instrumental, sometimes grafted on classical-romantic music, sometimes with obvious influences from Celtic or Roman culture.
