Formed in 1993, Texas Flood began as a tribute to the late Texas blues man Stevie Ray Vaughan. Over the years Texas Flood has expanded its repertoire to include a wide range of blues and rock classics. Texas Flood began adding original music to its setlist in the late 90s and released the first Paul Kype and Texas Flood CD “Get It In Ya” in 2003. Texas Floods original songs have recieved some Canadian radio airplay and have become a standout of thier live shows. The Bands mixture of well known covers and great original songs continues to impress audiences across Canada. Guaranteed to get everyone up and dancing, the bands tight sound and feel appeal to a range of ages and tastes.
