Gary Moore

Robert William Gary Moore (Belfast, 4 April 1952 – Estepona, 6 February 2011 [1]) was a Northern Irish guitarist. Moore was born as one of the five children of the local concert promoter Robert Moore and the housewife Winnie Moore. Thanks to Moore’s profession, Moore grew up listening to music from Irish bands, live games, and country, rock and pop music from that time. In 1958 he performed for the first time at the age of six. Dressed in shorts and standing on a chair to get to the microphone, he sang together with the show band a song called “Sugartime”. Unfortunately, Gary Moore is no longer among the living. If you go the same way, you will probably find him, provided you like his music. See for more.
